I had the opportunity to drive Ty to St. George to meet his grandpa Bird. We left about 7:00 pm from
Palmdale on Saturday night. We drove to
Las Vegas for the night. We were able to get the Dodger game on the radio for a little bit and we were able to hear Manny Ramirez hit his first home run as a Dodger! That was pretty exciting. Unfortunately we lost the radio station and so we didn't hear the end. Ty was pretty happy because he was able to choose the movies we watched (or he watched and I listened to). He chose The Karate Kid. This brought back many good memories! When we stopped at Baker it was 108 degrees and it was 9:00 at night! Wow! Count my blessings! We got to
Las Vegas around 10:45 and stayed at the Courtyard Marriott. Sunday morning we got up and headed off to St. George. Steve Bird was there and met us at the Maverick gas station. Ty was excited to be able to spend a week with his grandparents in Colorado. It was a lot of fun to visit with Ty. Love ya buddy! I enjoyed the 'bonding'!

So fun! Glad you guys got some good 'bonding time' with baseball and boy movies for Ty.
Cute Picture!!
What a GOOD looking boy.
You can tell you guys are related. Ty favors the Barlow side in his looks.
Thanks for taking him. He is now in the mountains riding motorcycles having fun.
so fun! i still can't believe how big ty is! he's going to be taller than me like tomorrow he we can already fit in each other shoes (which mean i can borrow his healy's!! sweet :) ) wow! crazy! i guess ty's growing up and basic it just shows i the shortest in the family...yes i'm finally admitting it...i really am the same height as mom but of the children i admit what you all already knew and i've abanded hope of getting taller. but surprising i don't mind being short. i rather be that than tower over the world. it's weird when i wear big shoes and i'm the same height as people that are taller than me. anyway wow this is a long comment. sorry! haha
Little Ty man is not so little anymore! :( He's growing up too fast!
